Before you enter the Grid
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the beta: every feature, with no credit card. After the beta, TradeGrid is $9 a month with a 30-day free trial, and that one plan includes everything. Beta members get notice before the beta ends.
Can I replay past sessions?
Yes. Every session is saved, so you can rewind to any day and trade it tick by tick at speeds from 0.25× to 50×. During the beta, the whole archive is open.
Is this real money?
No. Prices are real, but your orders are simulated and never reach an exchange or a broker. Your practice balance is virtual, so you can't lose money.
Will I be able to trade with real money?
That's coming. Tradovate is first, then more brokers and stocks. You'll connect your own broker account, and your broker holds your money and fills your orders. Until then, every order in TradeGrid is simulated.
Where does the market data come from?
TradeGrid streams trades from CME Group futures markets as they happen and saves every session to an archive you can replay later.
Which contracts can I trade?
E-mini and Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 and S&P 500, E-mini Dow, E-mini Russell 2000, Gold and Micro Gold, and Crude Oil and Micro Crude Oil.
Will it help me pass a prop firm evaluation?
It's built to help you practice for one. Pick a rule set modeled on common evaluations, adjust it if you like, and trade it with live meters for your drawdown, daily loss limit, and profit target. It runs on its own practice account, so your regular one is untouched. TradeGrid isn't affiliated with any prop firm.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TradeGrid runs in your browser, and your layouts, indicators, and practice account sync to your account.
